INFORMATION FOR APPLICANT

Tempoh permohonan secara online dilanjutkan sehingga 09 November 2014 (Ahad) manakala borang dan dokumen secara hard copy perlu dihantar kepada IPS,UPSI selewat-lewatnya 14 Nov 2014 (Jumaat).

* Attention to all applicants,

Extension of application date for master and PhD Please be informed that Institute Graduate School (IGS), UPSI will extend the application date until 09 November 2014. Hard copy need to be send latest on 14 November 2014.

APPLICATION INFORMATION UPDATE :
Applicant is allow to update application information before closing date of the advertisement.

HOW TO APPLY :

 1) Buy BITARA ID at BANK SIMPANAN NASIONAL(BSN) :
      1.1 RM26(processing fee) for local applicant.
      1.2 Processing fee for International Applicant, payable to the Bursary, UPSI
              - USD26 (for those who apply from outside Malaysia) in the form of International Bank Draft.

* Offer letter will be issued based on current address which has been stated in Online Application.

 2) Applicant must fill in the required information in the Postgrad Online Application.

 3) Make sure the information details has been filled completely before clicking 'SEND' button.

 4) Applicant must print and make copies of these documents and send to IGS. Last date of acceptance hard copy for IGS to process the application is 1 week after the on-line application closing date:

A copy of No Objection Certificate (NOC).
* Applicant who resides in Malaysia must get No Objection Certificate (NOC) from Malaysia Embassy.
* Applicant who applies outside Malaysia please gets NOC from Ministry of Education in origin country.

Please arrange the copies of certificates and documents in order as above and split it into two sets of application forms. Please take note that incomplete document won’t be processed.
